To submit an event request
please review availability below, email our pool manager/board officers at
saddlebrookcontact@gmail.com with the details of your occasion. This is how you notify
others that your group/function will be occupying some portion of the facilities.
NOTE:
no event is ever exclusive to the point where no other residents may use the
pool/clubhouse; this is to avoid more than one large gathering at a time. Email for the
purpose of adding pool/clubhouse events is checked at least once daily at noon each
day. Please try to plan events as far in advance as possible. The HOA reserves the right
to refuse an event if it conflicts with one already planned.
