An HOA Community


Established in 1990, Saddlebrook is a community of 85 homes in Lewisville, NC, located 15 minutes from Winston-Salem. The name refers to Reynolds Creek which borders many of the homes and the pasture lands that once surrounded this area. Our schools are Meadowlark Elementary, Meadowlark Middle School, and Reagan High School within the greater Winston-Salem Forsyth County School District.


Our amenities include our neighborhood clubhouse, pools (includes standard and wading pool for children), and common area that has a central playset, multiple benches & charcoal grills as well as a half basketball court and open area for picnics and special events. We are a quiet, peaceful, and friendly, established neighborhood with walkable streets and wooded natural areas.
